There is no fax number on your website. You should make it very explicit at check out time as to what is required if an order exceeds a certain dollar amount. Until now, I have never had an order rejected because I was spending too much money.

Products odered, tracking # sent, but not shipped. After argueing with manager they agreed to overnight shipment but not all products delivered. I paid extra for this!
