I ordered my keyboard case on 30 March and thought I'd have it within the week but that didn't happen. I started checking on the website for my order's status and all I saw was that payment was "pending." I finally e-mailed on 9 April and they responded on 10 April informing me that when I'd placed the order, the item was out of stock. I had to take their word for it because I didn't remember, but I needed the case to transport my keyboard to performances in mid April. Knowing that I needed the case soon after ordering it, it seems to me that "out of stock" would have made my radar immediately and I'd've gone with another vendor. The product descriptions had very little detail. When I purchased my part for Carmina Burana, I do not recall any mention that this was a transcription of selected movements for band and not the complete original orchestral part.

This product was delievered well and fast. I will definetly come back to finish my set up!!

The product was ordered on the 10th didn't recieve it until the 21st. Made special plans to have it sent to another address, it was sent to the wrong address.
