Our item has not been shipped yet. We were informed it was back ordered and would probably be shipped directly to us this week. Apparently the plans changed. I cannot comment on the quality of the itembecause of the delay.

Still have not received this order- said on website if ordered before 12/18 would be here by Christmas.Heard nothing from them until 12/23 when my order had shipped.Was shipped from Mobile,AL so don't think the snowstorm on the East coast caused...

Andy's Music was HORRIBLE! They LIE! They claimed to have a number of products I attempted to order online, & then suddenly DIDN'T! They mysteriously sold out of these items 8 HRS after I placed my order. I will NEVER order ANYTHING from them again!

My principal was very impressed at the speed of the delivery. The products worked great! The technology person picked up a microphone from the county and it didn't even work. They should have gone to Andy's Music on line.
