I have NOT received my product yet and am disappointed with the communication. All I received was an email saying it was on backorder. I WANT MY ORDER. This was a first time order and I want this before the holidays. I would like an update.

Purchased filters for black Roomba. Only set for roombas not maroon, silver or blue. BAD way to id a product. They do not and cannot fit the model I have. Had a similar problem with a sweeper brush that never fit.

I ordered a battery. There was a delay due to back order hence my responses. I like iRobot products. The web site is fine. I'm a 64 year old male, so questions of shopping experience are really n/a. I either find what I want or don't.
