I waited until I received your 2nd request for a survey and contacted them. They claimed an inventory ad delayed the order. A 2nd email claimed that they had notified me the product was not available and a refund had been issued (neither was true).

The toner for the dell required that I tell the printer it was a non dell toner. I have not had this issue before when buying toner from other vendors.
