Delivery should have been via UPS or FedEx. Conway was used and it was not a retail sales type of delivery service. I was extremely unhappy with that type of delivery service.

Lumens Light has a large quantity of lighting to choose from, much more than my local Home Depot or Lowe's. I have always found the styles that I like and shipping costs are often free (I can go through a tank of gas driving to find something I like.

Customer service was excellent. Issue is with the product shipping. I have ordered Murray and Feiss lighting and both times about a 2 year apart the lighting was damaged. They should really think about better product packaging.

I ordered a hunter ceiling Fan model 23768 because it came with a remote control. Actually, the fan came without the remote control. I am now on my 4th call with hunter to fix the issue and start to be a little frustrated to say the least.

My order of several products probably 9 in total have been separated in at least 5 or 6 shipments due to what appears not in stock of items. I hope they don't charge separate shipping charges!!!!
