The tree is beautiful and the selection of products is great. We did receive the tree and one strand of lights does not work and we need to know if you replace it or have a solution to get it working again. We paid alot of money for the tree not...

I ordered my light in July and it was backordered. I did not receive my order until October. I had to contact the company to ask where my order was and in that contact I found that I had to re-establish my credit card before it could be shipped....

I haven't taken my tree out of the box yet. I am looking forward to setting it up and decorating it. I am sure it will be as lovely as it looked online.
