I was most impressed when, after placing my order, I was contacted via email by Lucy to clarify a few things to make sure everything was 'perfect' for my wedding invitations. I was impressed, again, when everything arrived earlier than I expected....

i like that you can customize some of the invitations, however, the process was pretty clunky to view your selections and make changes (especially on my pc using mozilla). i had to switch to explorer to get things to work at all on some options,...
