It was disappointing to have to wait an entire month to receive my order. Then, once it was received there was no hardware included. I contacted customer service and was told that it would be sent out to me. I have not received that yet.

The delivery method of UPS, giving us a time frame of 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. was too wide, and not leaving any method of contact to narrow the window .

My furniture was damaged slightly and one peice was bigger than it was supposed to be (the matching peice didn't match it). In lui of sending it back, my husband figured out a way to make it work. Overall though I love what I bought, was reasonable!
