I have not received the furniture yet and the expected delivery date was moved back over two weeks the the middle of Dec. 2009. Customer service explained the problem to my satsifaction and fortunatly I can wait for the items.

They advertise things on the web site that they do not have in stock and they don't let you know. They say items are in stock and will ship in 3-5 days, but it's not true.

The products are great. The delivery experience was not good. Delivery was set for 9/22/09 & was not delivered until 10/20/09. The delivery was suppose to be after 2:00 PM but we were called first thing in the morning and it was delivered at 9:30...

Very disappointed with this order. Zen storage chest was ordered on Sept. 21, 2009 and still have not received my order. Had received an email from Morehome that my order was to be shipped on Oct. 26th. Five weeks for delivery is excessive.

The first desk I received was damaged and in an open package. I refused that shipment and ordered another desk. I have been waiting for too long for the credit on that first order. I want the credit back to my credit card as soon as possible.
