If I hadn't been curious to see why I had not received my order I would not have known it was on backorder till Feb 2010. This was unacceptable as I had ordered a rug from the same manufacturer from another website and it just arrived.

I love the chair I ordered, however, one leg does not screw in properly and keeps falling out - I guess I will have to glue. Other than this, I am satisfied.

I have not received the furniture yet and the expected delivery date was moved back over two weeks the the middle of Dec. 2009. Customer service explained the problem to my satsifaction and fortunatly I can wait for the items.

They advertise things on the web site that they do not have in stock and they don't let you know. They say items are in stock and will ship in 3-5 days, but it's not true.

The products are great. The delivery experience was not good. Delivery was set for 9/22/09 & was not delivered until 10/20/09. The delivery was suppose to be after 2:00 PM but we were called first thing in the morning and it was delivered at 9:30...

The item was a gift and was broken. Although customer service was awesome I had to give the gift broken and then take it back:(
