I have always been happy with ZTechSoftware. My only complaint is that it is impossible to get through to them by phone and it did take a few days to hear back from them via e-mail, although, their voice mail did warn that it might take a few days.

I did expect the product in 3-5 shipping days. I just got it. I ordered on 10-13-09. I got the product on 11-2-09. Still I liked the price of the product.

I have been very dissapointed about this purchase from ztechsoftware i ordered on 10/6/2009 and didnt receive the product until 10/30/2009. If it was back ordered or out of stock an email would have been nice

I am still waiting for my order. I ordered on Oct 15 overnight and am still waiting for my software. I have called several times leaving messages and also emailed. Where is my order?????? No one gets back to me.

Ztech absolutely "sucks"!!!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had buying on line. The delivery status has never been changed or updated. No one answers the phone! No one returns phone calls or emails. I know I'm going to be swindled.

I ordered ACT 2009 and I received PCWorks Suite Pro 2009. The DVD I received is defective because is not recognized by my computer. If possible, please contact me with some information what I have rreceived and how to down load ACT 2009.
