All my items came no problem. On time and as promised. But, at the same time I had placed a separate order for some toner for my wife and that order was cancelled two days later due to the toner being out of stock.

Oh fine. The tracking info was good, but once the shipment was handed off to USPS it was a big blank spot. It was also a mistake to not have some kinda auto response e-mail that says "your order has been processed, shipped, etc."
