Order never did arrive. Have no idea where it ended up. Couldn't track it once it got to Canada and so I have no idea where it got delivered. I just know that I never received it.

order was shipped / mistakes were made causing delivery to be handled as "no such address"...until someone noticed on a secondary address label the correct and complete address...but, by the time the envelope arrived, the product no longer in the...

I ordered 6 bottles of moisturizing lotion. I received 4 in good condition. One bottle was open in the box. One bottle was open and spilled out into the box. Your shipping practices should be reviewed to prevent this in future.

I ordered bobbi pins & they came in a timely manor and were easy to order. I just was not able to find the kind of pins I wanter , but I needed them so I ordered them. All in All my experience was good.

The soap sleves are open on the bottom. I feel as soon as the soap melts, that they will fall out of sleeve. I guess I will have to sew the bottom to keep the soap in. All of the other soap sleeves I bought have a gizmo on top to keep the soap in.
