I hate browsing on the Bean website. It is too complicated to browse a single category--it requires too many "clicks" to see the entire category (i.e., jackets and coats). If I click on "women's outerwear", the next screen should provide a "view... (more)

I've always enjoyed LL Bean products, so I tried online. It was an excellent experience and, as always, I'm very happy with what I ordered.
