the original order was not in stock and when notified I could not respond as I was out of town and did not get email. called and reorderd but we left again for a week and didn't get in time before we left.

Excellent service! The required returns were my error - I sent them back requesting replacement and received the new items in record time! I have purchased there before and am EXTREMELY pleased with the service and the products!

I ordered 2 pair of mens slippers in Med. but received one small and one medium. Due to the fact they are Holiday gifts and will be over the 30 day return policy I can only return for credit or exchange.
