The website would not allow me to purchase my items at first so i called the helpline and after taking my order and going to the processing info the operator then informed me he couldn't take canadian orders over the phone.

i was overall stafisfied with the products i purchased.. the only thing was that i had a promotion code for a discount and wasn't able to use it. i could not find a spot in the cart section to add and it was not calculating.

I wish the on line order that I placed had not been cancelled by you. I hoped to get the product, but was never informed that it had been cancelled. No reason was given and when I e-mailed to find out about it, no response was sent. Poor customer...

It would have been nice to know part of my order was out of stock before I placed the order. It would have given me more time to get the out of stock item elsewhere.

I was very pleased with the return process. I returned my item and promptly received a refund. I did eventually buy my outfit from the spirit halloween store and have ordered other items I was very satisfied with.
