i am not satisfied with my item at all.it looks cheap and fake and i am very upset with this purchase. i will never shop here nor will i suggest others to.

Everything was okay except the site said that the Tungsten rings ran about 1/2 size big so I ordered a 1/2 size smaller than his ring size and the ring was still too big.

The ring is a beautiful ring, but when you run your finger tip around the center stone ridge it not leveled, one side has a ridge the other is smooth. You can not tell by looking , but I noticed it.

Overall I am very happy with my experience at Joy Jewelers, and with the product I received from them. The only issue I had was the incorrect/incomplete address given to UPS which delayed the delivery date.

did not recieve my order on time , but it was my error I forgot to put my apartment # but your staff was right on the money , they called me instead of leaving me hanging, thank you, I expect to get my order 6-15
