Not sure I got product purchased.Name different;shipped from home address(not vendor).Box was opened previously.No waranty papers.I researched product received(PowerStar)vs product bought(TurboCatEX). Showed both products from same manufacturer.

I had to go to post office and pay additional 3.15 to get package. Central Vacuum under paid the shipping. I paid for shipping

Apparently, my order was delayed due to a backorder from the supplier. Perhaps a partial order or at least a notification that there was a problem would have been good.
