My order was unable to be tracked on line and the comments I sent to Customer Suppport online were not answered. I had to call to get satisfaction. Very unfriendly online experience since the charges are seen on your account and not online.

The process was great! I received my shirt and thought although the material is a little thin I do hope it will uphold to regular wear. Regardless, the money was great and for less than $20 it's a wonderful personal gift for my mother this...

I was very disappointed that my order got cancelled. It was meant to be a gift. I also would like to know why it was cancelled. I was given no way to find out why my order had been cancelled. I also looked at the website with no help.

I was not informed ahead of time through the website how long it would take to manufacture and distribute the product. The customer service was knowledgeable but not sympathetic to the situation.
