By the way, the box was crushed on delivery but the item was fine. Some of the air cushions were popped.

i recieved the packed but was missing two items. i recieved no notification by phone or email that they were out of those items. i was refunded the money 2 weeks after i ordered it. some type of nitification would of been great.

I never received order confirmation or tracking no. regarding my order. I called and was suppose to have it emailed, but this survey was the only email I recieved from Kitestailstoys.
