I was very disappointed with the way the doll was packed. It was a 16" doll STUFFED in a 10" box. The doll was bent and twisted to fit in the small box. My son-in-law was able to straighten it out but my daughter was still very upset about it.

The product that originally was shipped to me was improperly packaged and was slightly damaged as a result. I called customer service and they told me they would reship my order and that I should dispose of the first shipment.
