The products I bought were well below expectations. i don't expect pet products to fall apart in five minutes, nor do I expect customer service to basically sat "too bad"!

Fantastic purchase. Product quality, price, and shipping speed all excellent. Playpen perfect for pet rabbit--keeps her confined safely, is chew- and scratch-resistant, but allows for freedom of movement and interaction. Five stars!
