The delivery company delivered my order to a house 3 blocks from me. Thankfully they are honest and called me to tell me a package was delivered to their house by FedEX. (Same house numbers but different street name.)

I did have to contact Customer support as I did not receive my order confirmation after placing my order. I contacted them via e-mail and received a reply in a few days as it was a weekend.

One of the items arrived damaged. A lockwasher that is supposed to hold a bar in place was missing and the item was bent slightly. I was able to fix it by purchasing a 65 cent washer, which was less hassle than returning the item. But I was not...

My people bought me my favorite toy, Karate Dog, at GRPet.com . It's the best toy I could ever hope for. I carry Karate Dog around my house. Sometimes I through him in the air. Mostly I squeak him cause he makes the coolest noises. Not complaining...
