on line was fine. i first tried to order this by phone and it was a nightmare. the person "helping" me was a disaster. she was new to the job. . so, i guess that can be understandable.reconsider when to let a person be on his/her own?

I had to add some extra support so the holders would stay on the railings but they are better than anything else I had found. Shipping and product good.

10 days from purchase to receipt is too long. It took four days to fulfill the order and another 6 to receive it.

The product weighed 1/2 pound and the shipping was $7.99. That is high. You could mail it in a bubble envelope for a whole lot less and USPS probably would have gotten it here sooner. FedEx tracking was very poor.2 days without update

Thank you so much for the prompt shipping. Our cat had fractured his leg and needs to be confined. This playpen is working out wonderfully so he get some exercise but cannot jump. Maxwell thanks you too! We recommended it to our vet.
