Tape.com handled an issue for me with Fedex very well, and credited my account immediately. Would definitely do business with them again - I wish all companies I deal with through the internet had their level of professionalism

I wish you had a similar packaging product for VHS tapes (movies) as for the DVDs. I pruchased the DVD shipping prosuct. It is great.

i would appreciate better communication next time I order something that is not in stock. sending someone their package without what they ordered and not informing them of so is in my opinion bad business.
