The product did not met my general expectations as far as the quality of the tapes. The 100 tapes were only .29 per tape which would have been an excellent deal if the tapes were at lease .50 per tape in quality. So there you have it, as written in the adage of time, quality is better than quanity. In other words, you get what you pay for. But the overall status is that your site provides tapes of various qualities and quanities which exceed what the competitors or offering in both categories including prices; therfore, I don't feel as though I've made a mistake, I just should have purchased a better tape. I had called to simply change the shipping to a faster delivery, but the product had already been shipped and it arrived on time anyway ..

The tracking that you provided online does not work. That was the only problem.

I thought the rings in the cd binders would be metal. It bothered me that the rings are plastic, but they have not broken, so I guess they will work out fine.

To Whom It May Concern; I have been trying to reach customer service about an order I had placed on March 16th or 17th. I tried to track the order with fed ex and to no result. I did receive the labels that i ordered but not any of the other items. they were the cd sleeves w/windows and the blank cds. I am not sure what happened. can you please tell me the exact day that these items were shipped out. If no one is home in my complex the fedex person would leave them at the office.
