I am completely satisfied. This product allows me to listen to healing tapes all night to recover faster from sciatica. I could not find a product with all the components in a store.

Loved the microwave we purchased, but within a day had to buy a new inverter from the store. The one purchased through you was fried. Their was no information stating not to start the vehicle while inverter was attached and so it no longer works.

My charger is dead and does not hold a charge after one week. It would be costly for me to send this back but I will not buy from this company or the manufacturer ever again.
