Costume Discounters should have charged the $9.99 by default in order for the item to be delivered in time... The costume arrived on Tuesday after Halloween and will be returned this week.

The costume arrived on time and was not the right size that was ordered so we were disappointed and had to go shopping for another costume as it was too late to reorder/return.

Order was not even processes and customer service didn't want to take time to help me so I went to another company and got the costumes and shipping cheaper.

My order wasn't delivered in time (by UPS) so I had to order another one and have it shipped over night and send the first one back once I got it.

Fun site to shop. Always appreciate opportunity to have "free" shipping and handling....as that is a feature I actually shop around for. Costumes were "a hit" with my kids and the people they visited on Halloween!

We placed our order on-line & did not record our order # assuming we would be emailed a conf. but we didn't so we had no way of tracking the order. We tried to call CS from 5pm - 6pm.PST but to no avail. Luckily our order arrived @ 7pm 10/30/09....
