Was told by customer service on the 16th that the order I placed on the 15th was never received and an error had occured. I reorder, now I got two of the same thing and the hassle of having to return to receive refund.

The costumes were sent to an APO; timely delivery was neither expected or noted. My grandaughter enjoyed the dresses; Cinerella's shoes were too narrow Return is not an option, and her pleasure with the rest of the outfits more than compensates.

placed order on a friday and requested a 3 day delivery.
but order was recieved the next friday. after a school party but in time for
hallloween. Not sure what happen. YEs a 3 dollar refund was offerd but
it did not make order arrive any faster.
