If the shipping was any quicker I'd swear they were psychic. Seriously, received product within three days of order and ordered over the weekend. I'd definitely do business with them again.

OMC overcharged me $100. I had to send multiple emails and make multiple phone calls before they corrected it. They are just not very professional. The product was fine, but the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing there.

The coat I ordered was delivered on time (very happy with that). I tried on this coat in a store, then ordered what I think is last year's model of the same coat. The Medium did not fit the same but I am happy with the coat's warmth, color and price.

i ordered a montainsmith bag. the front zipper is missing the zipper pull. i am a bit surprised that noone noticed that before sending it or that there was no quality control on items being shipped. a bit of a pain to repack it and send it back.
