Ordered Original Canon ink but received remanufactured product. Customer service did an excellent job resolving the issue. However this is the secon order that I had to return.

Will consider in future providing free shipping and good rates are again available. For people residing in Hawaii and Alaska, free shipping and handling makes us feel equal to the rest of the 48 contiguous states. Thanks.
