In the end i was able to resolve my issue with my orders but it took me calling 3 times and talking to 3 different people before i got someone that really understood the problem and was able to correct it properly.

I received a response on the 1 cent price changes on my orders. They said it was due to tax adjustments. I have no idea how they can adjust taxes rates but at least I received a response.

I placed an order and was told the Women's Multiple Vitamins were backordered. My other items were delivered on time but no mention was made of when the Women's Vitamins would be shipped.

your web site is very slow, awkward and difficult to use. your merchandise selection is very good, as are your special offers. however, it is necessary to allow a lot of time to navigate your site to select and order.
