I didn't realize that the Promax bars were only smaller snack bars and not the normal one's I'd purchase. I will keep them regardless.

wanted time release in 180 (216) size. per website, returned tostore and exchanged regular for time released. Also found South Bay Galleria location which is very convenient. Helpful salesperson exchanged with no problems.

My only question is why is it that the GNC stores seem to have higher prices than online?
