I did not receive the item at all so hard to do this survey not happy sent 3 site messages and 3 emails with them not responding or contacting me at all,brought other overseas products no problem,things do get lost in the mail,but not one reply.?????

MY ORDER WAS IN STOCK AND SHIPPED REGULAR MAIL. I EXPECTED IT TO COME THAT WEEKEND BUT NOTHING. I SENT AN E-MAIL TO THEM AND HEARD NOTHING BACK. I FINALLY GOT AN E-MAIL SAYING THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED THAT DAY!!IT CAME JUST A COUPLE WEEKS LATE.

The glasses I ordered were available in smoked lens and clear lens. I wanted 1 pair of each but had to do 2 separate orders to do so. Bikerwares was kind enough to refund 1 of the shipping charges as they combined the 2 orders on 1 shipment.
