The catalog showed the item I tried to purchase as being in stock, and then after I purchased it I was informed, by email, that it was not in stock and did I want to order something else or cancel my order. I cancelled due to confusion.

Received Sensa pencil but it was packaged where it could have damaged the pencil in shipping. The pencil was not in the packaging designed to protect it. It was on top of case and wrapped tightly that pencil tip was poking through shipping...
