Sewing machine delivered promptly. It was used it for 5 days, and froze up. Calling Sewing in USA resulted in our having to contact Brother serviceman, and having to make a 50 mile round trip to leave it and then return to pick it up.

Purchase was very and they even confirmed my shipping address which allowed my purchase to show up on time and not get stuck in shipping because of a wrong zip code. They did a great job.
