I ordered an item that said it was in stock. The next day I received an email that stated the item was out of stock. No instructions on when or if it would be in stock.

The item is to be a Christmas gift. My only problems were that I was double billed and it took Three calls and little over a week to clear it up. Your staff did try hard to rectify the situation.
