Placed an order on 11/09. Initial ship date was 11/14. They moved the ship date to 11/30. And then moved it again to 12/14. Not once I heard from Fommy about this. Emailed customer care but takes forever to get back to me. Emailed 2nd time, no...

FYI I had ordered an item I never rec'ed confirmation. I called ordered by phone this time and I ended up getting the orginal order as well. We may have to return one.
