order arrived with damaged + missing parts,rather than send 2 small missing and damaged parts,they insist on shipping order back and replacing when it arrives. Its not cost effective, not customer service freindly and puts a large delay on my cars... (more)

I haven't installed the stearing box. I called customer service because there were no instructions, or any other paper work with it. The person I talked to didn't seamed concerned about my problem.

It is not very clear how to return the core for my refund. There were no clear instructions on how or to whom the core should be sent.

UPS signature is unnecessary. missed the delivery friday, they left a missed delivery tag saying they'd try again monday (no weekend shipping) 2-5, unlike fedex theres no sticker to sign&leave on the door. Showed up at 11am, thankfully i was late... (more)
