I purchased two Li-10B/12B Li-ion batteries.
They are slightly slimmer than the originals and therefore are lose in the camera. This means they do not make full electrical contact. By pushing in a slim piece of plastic, I can tighten the batteries.

I ordered 3 batteries for my digital camera. They each weighed approximately 1-1/2 oz. yet you charged a seperate shipping & handling charge for each battery even though the rate is covers up to 1 lbs. This seems excessive.

Order started responding in Spanish for no reason. Product was shipped in cheapest fashion rather than that paid for. Upon reaching me, (days after expected time frame)no itemized form of the transaction. Not exactly customer friendly.

Please,be carefully next time! My request was :Li-ion Battery NP-140 7.2V 1150mA. But I have got NP-140 7.4V 1300mA! How can You explain this Your mistake? Thanks.

I was disappointed the Sony NP-570 compatible batteries I purchased do not appear to work properly with the Sony charger. It's as if they do not communicate with the charger. I may return them due to this. No website mention of this.
