I was disappointed the Sony NP-570 compatible batteries I purchased do not appear to work properly with the Sony charger. It's as if they do not communicate with the charger. I may return them due to this. No website mention of this.

I would like to return the item because it is not the right one. There is not any information with in the packaging as to how to return and receive the proper credit to my account
