I dislike several things about Remmington: The screens wear out too quickly. They charge too much for replacement screens. They do not support all their razors, forcing the buyer to replace a perfectly good razor due to unavailble screens.

I was surprised by the cost as i thought it was expensive. The replacement parts cost as much as the product. As i like to consider myself green it was better to buy replacement parts rather than buy a whole new product.

My experience with Remington was very good and I love the product and have used it for years. My problem was that the delivery man left it in the rain instead of setting it under the roof covered part of the porch. It was soaking wet.

The shipping cost was too high!!! $6+ for a part this size is crazy! I will never buy from Remington again, since this is how they treat their customers.
