On line orders should indicate quantity available, or not allow you to order more than quantity available. I wasted much time & effort putting in order, credit card information, etc. and it accepted my order. It was 2 days laater when I received the email that order was not available, then took 2 weeks to refund my money onto credit card. Unacceptable. You took my money immediately for the order. (more)

The items and services were remarkable. I have passed the info on to 12 of my friends. They are enthusiastic about a place to purchase these ties. There is only one of the 12 that knows how to tie them...I have gone on YOUTUBE to learn, but it is still a process. Any help on making this task less of a task I would really appreciate it. Also, at this time I must decline to be on the Research Panel. Maybe at a later date. (more)

The ties were great ... and as advertised! Great quality and fit! Only issue I had was that the directions to tie the bow-tie were difficult to understand. I simply went on the Internet and googled " How to tie a bow-tie" and watched a 30 video clip. After that is was a snap! (more)

I was extremely happy with the shopping experience. I called customer service for information on the difference in fastening bow ties and she was very helpful and recommended the bandbow over the clip on style. Shipping was reasonable and the ties were here in a very short time. You may be sure I will shop here again for bow ties. (more)
