For complete satisfaction I will have to wait and see if the product performs as advertised. Installation onto attic floor over fiberglass was easy.

After receiving my first order within a few days, the installers were running out of material. I called the company and explained my problem. They were able to get another roll to complete the job shipped to me the next day. What wonderful service.

We could immediately tell a difference in our home & their shipping was extremely fast. My only problem was that there were no instructions mailed with the merchandise. I had to go back online to view the instructions. There also wasn't anything... (more)
