I try to keep a spare cartridge for both printers. The quality of the cartridge is unknown until used. The part # is checked upon receipt. Over two plus years the quality has been perferct. Once, the wrong cartridge was received.

My printer will not recognize the color cartridge(s)==I'd simply like to exchange the color cartridges for ones that work on my printer.
