I bought a security system and found that I needed extension cables and ordered them. But they didn't have adapters to extend. Had to pay 7.50 s/h for $3 part to finish. Otherwise happy with product.

I spent $899 for the system and $79.45 to mail it back. The company will not give my money back. Please warn other potential customers not to purchase anything from this company.

the product i purchased the bolt that attached the unit to my unit didn't match so i had i go to the hardware store to find someting that would work. I little difficult, but in the end the unit worked!

We're exp a shut down prob with the DVR.This prob is intermittent.We called CS & TS & the resolution we were offered by tech support is to give it a few more days and if the problem persists we are to contact them for an exchange.

Last Friday, we installed the camera and unfortunately it did not work. I am planning on calling customer service today to make arrangements for a replacement since I think it is a faulty unit.

I ordered a system with monitor. The monitor was not delivered. Customer service apologized and did send it out right away, however,I think it was careless of shipping for not reading the order correctly.
