The item I order was a new item and had to be shipped from the factory. The only complaint is that I only received this information only by contacting customer support. I was not unhappy about the wait, just not knowing what the status of this...

I bought a security system and found that I needed extension cables and ordered them. But they didn't have adapters to extend. Had to pay 7.50 s/h for $3 part to finish. Otherwise happy with product.

I spent $899 for the system and $79.45 to mail it back. The company will not give my money back. Please warn other potential customers not to purchase anything from this company.
