Product lives up to expectancy, however, manual is poorly translated, and lacks simple, easy to follow (English) instructions. Also, my manual appears to be old and used. Was product new as advertised, or re-conditioned?

Camera image quality is not a clear as expected. Some of this issue is due to interference between the DVR and monitor. I will followup wit Surveillance-video.com to determine if there is an available filter that may help.

I'm setting it up now and my only complaint seems to be to ease to steal the cameras once installed. I may epoxy the two connections at the camera once I have it aligned.

What a joke ! you should tell people that there will be extra charges when the product arrives. $60.00 on top of the purchase price.. come on. it ended up costing almost $200.00 for a $50.00 video card which i cant even get to work, the software is... (more)
