i thought it was all new product, but we received 2 new cameras and 1 refurbished camera which did not have all the parts enclosed

All items except 1 arrived on time in great condition. I sent an e-mail to customer support re: the 1 item left out and I am Highly confident they shall address it without delay. I enjoy doing business with Surveillance-video.com and will not change...
