I am impressed by the availability of a live customer service rep by phone without having to be put on hold for long, which is not common.
Shipping to Toronto, Canada, took exactly 2 weeks, which is longer than expected. USPS tracking # did not work.

Picture of the luggage I bought was a bit deceiving. Appeared as though the TSA lock was built into top of the suitcase instead of a seperate lock that was sent with the suitcase which is no big deal.

I have two other bags by High Sierra - one of the exact bag ordered in another color - the new bag - the handles seem to be questionable ansd very loose but won't fix it until (or if) it breaks.
