I have no idea if my order was delivered timely because every time I tried to validate when it was going to be shipped the website wouldnt show any information. I had to call to find out a delivery date and they had no idea what the website issue was

I am impressed by the availability of a live customer service rep by phone without having to be put on hold for long, which is not common. Shipping to Toronto, Canada, took exactly 2 weeks, which is longer than expected. USPS tracking # did not work.

Picture of the luggage I bought was a bit deceiving. Appeared as though the TSA lock was built into top of the suitcase instead of a seperate lock that was sent with the suitcase which is no big deal.
