I was under the impression that the media pad that I ordered was an Aprilaire media pad but it was not. It didn't fit quite right and I don't know if I will order again. The pads were packed in clear plastic with no manufacturer name on them.

Not happy with the fact that shipping on one very, very light item was $6 and shipping on 2 items was $12 and the checkout process didn't let me know until the very end.

The product I received is not the same as OEM, which the web site said it was. It is thinner, and I do not yet know if it will deliver the same performance. I'll try it. My opinion may improve with time. The savings were substantial initially.
