Very pleased with the purchase and overall buying experience. The question and answer section was exceptionally helpful as was the video on installing the filter upgrade kit. Will buy again.

Well they shipped 1/2 the quantity I purchased and now I am still waiting and its been what almost 3 weeks? So Slow and poor service I'd say. The staff I called did help but its still impacting my work.
