You must understand that we live in the country and so delivery can be a problem. Also I only ordered one item from you and so understood why you sent it via the US Post Office. No big deal.

As I mentioned in the survey during the purchase process, I was somewhat dismayed that the purchase price of the item went up 11.2% in the two months since I last bought that item from Abacus. Plus, I received no response from Abacus to my comment.
