i've been ordering from big als for a long time and have been quite happy even though i did order a heater once that never did work but i never contacted anyone so they never new about it nonetheless everything is good!!

Often cannot order on Wed to receive double points, but would like to since typically my orders are $100+. On the other hand, double points do not seem to amount to a lot. More likely to order mid-week if bigger discount for double points given.

The pricing and in stock selections of fish food can't be beat! We have a 2Ft PACU IN A 210 GALLON TANK that eats alot!! BIG AL'S IS THE BEST

Love Big Al's. I had to waite 2 weeks to get my order because it was rescheduled. I will still order from Big Al's but I will just have to make sure to order sooner.
