Your live chat didn't work when l needed it.
Shipment was really late even though it was a delivery within two business days. It stuck in France somehow.

The order process through Laptop.com was very easy. Ordering anything online from an unknown vendor can be challenging but overall I am very pleased with the company. I will DEFINITELY order from them again when the need arises.
