I am confused. I ordered two boxes of Top Loading Sheet Protectors with Colored Edges. I thought that I ordered index dividers (two sets of colored and two sets of clear. I received two boxes of these. I only wanted to packages of each.

I was happy to find a vendor that I could order from, but the shipping to Hawaii is expensive. Could they look into other cheaper options for mailing products to Hawaii? Thank you.

Paul was very helpful and quick to correct the problem. On first phone contact the customer service rep didnt know anything about the problem and dumped me into a voice mail box. I called back 2nd rep was more responsive and explained who Paul was...

I was shipped the wrong product. I contacted C/S and the shipment was recent and a call tag was issued for the return. All was good in the end.
