Its easy to shop here, they have great products and check out and shipping is a breeze. If they carry what I need I will always buy from petstore.com. Cant beat the prices.

I was hoping to get a discount for ordering a higher quantity, to offset the high shipping charge.
This order both boxes were completly split open and so was one bag of the Rodent pellet. Your shipping is too high to get that result.

The T5 HO light I ordered was very nice except for 1 of the legs, which is broken. I opted not to return the item as it would have cost me way more to return it than to replace the leg. It also says I have to contact the manufacturer, not...

The heaters were ordered and shipped on Monday,arrived the following Monday.
Overall I was very pleased with the quality of the product I purchased (you have what I wanted), fair price and very happy with the condition and manner it was shipped.

The large Kong balls are fine and just what I ordered, however,the small ball was not. I expected a solid ball just like the larger Kong balls but I received a ball with a hole drilled through it.
