I called becaust I needed to get more info, the man who answered said he did not know the answer and would i hold while he got a box and opened it. Gave me the information I needed, walked the extra mile!!!

I have not recieved the replacement, but the prompt resolution to fix the problem has encouraged me to continue purchasing items with PetStore.com and continue to recommend this site to others, with high expectations of great customer service and products. Thank you for making a very atmosphere in a not so positive situation, I greatly appreciate the level of customer service. (more)

The product is great arrived faster than I expected. The shipping packaging was very lacking... The box had been ripped in several places and due to no packing material other than brown paper the bag of sand was punctured in a few places. Resulting in the loss of some of it. It was not enough of a loss for me to return it but still disappointed. (more)

I was pleased with item price, quality and expecially the shipping. Too many vendors overcharge shipping and it makes you not want to shop. I will shop again and place larger, more frequent orders since they honor their customers this way.
