i did not get order untell 72 houer did not get my rock band suit did not get my pattern would like to do business .if u compensation me in some way and not by cupon iv spent alot now it youer turn to keep my business

Frankly after going to live chat 4 times in 60 hours and finding out that the supplier had 4552 gold on hand, I have not one clue why this order took so long to fill. Then to top it off, the idiot hit cancel and had to resend again the 1400 gold.

Support staff was great, but the actual delivery of the product was horrible. I actually ordered the product before April 8, not April 14.

emails that direct you to contact live support online should provide a link in the email to go directly there with the purchase order embedded in the link so that customer support would have needed information to discuss any issues.
