Called twice to find out why my order was not shipped. The first service rep was terse, the second rep was more professional. The first rep said I would receive the complimentary pack of products since my order was over $69, but I did not get it.

I'd like to be able to buy the kp lotion and body wash separately, rather than as a kit. I don't need the scrubber and we go through the lotion faster than the body wash.

It took far too long for my order to arrive, and I did not know how to contact the company to check on the order. I have ordered many times, and this is the first time I have had this problem.
