I am REALLY upset. This is the first time that I HAVE NOT RECEIVED an order. Skinwest has always been excellent. I have always got what I ordered within the week and here I sit almost 3 weeks later with no order delivered.

I placed an order on Nov. 20th and still have not received it. ordered earlier this year and had a similar experience-- weeks went by and I had to call and ask where it was.Customer service at this company is really awful.

I love being able to purchuse my Sothy's produts via Skinwest's website when they are having sales. If not for their sales I would not have been able to continue to use these excellent face products,as I am financially struggling at this time.

I'm always pleased with the price, free shipping and the selection at SkinWest. My order placed on 11/25 didn't arrive until 12/07. I ordered many times before with no problem, but I was surprised that I got no response from my inquiry.
